Covid 19- What are your procedures? (Current Policy until June 2022)

- Until further notice I will wear a mask during all sessions; I will leave it to my clients discretion to mask or not.

- Frequent hand washing/sanitizer; I will have sanitizer available for clients to use.

- Any and all sessions are scheduled far enough apart to allow sanitizing of studio, props and any other high touch surfaces. Frequent laundering fabrics and other props.

- I ask that only those being photographed and a parent/guardian attend. No other guests. (This is a pre-pandemic policy)

How do we book a session? Where do we see your availability?

Booking a session is easy! You may either contact me through here on the Contact Me page. Or you may contact me through my FB page or Group! My Availability is periodically updated on Facebook.

I currently only book sessions on the Weekends; Saturday and/or Sunday. If neither of these days work for you, please don't hesitate to contact me to see if I can make your session happen on another day! ( AS OF 2/14/2022 I will be available on Saturdays and Sundays only until further notice)

Outdoor sessions are typically in the afternoon 3-6 pm (Fall/Winter) 3-7pm (Spring/Summer). This allows for great lighting!

Do you offer event photography services?

No, I am strictly a portrait photographer. However, should you be interested in a portrait session before your event. A pre-event session if you will, we can definitely make that happen!

What type of sessions do you offer?

Cake Smash, Sitter Sessions (6&9), Maternity, Family, Seasonal Mini Sessions and other special occasions.

I do not offer event or newborn photography.

What form of payment do you accept?

I currently accept cash, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal.

Retainer fees must be paid through Venmo, Zelle or PayPal.

What is your turn around time?

My current TAT is 2-3 Weeks. I always strive to edited and return galleries as swiftly as possible. Although, I will pop in a few days after your session with a couple sneak peeks!

When booking your session please plan for time to receive your gallery. Should you plan to purchase prints please allow an additional 8-10 business days.

**Your final gallery will be available to download for 1 month from the day it is first available to you. After 1 month I will remove it from the site. Should you need access to it again their will be a $15 fee.

Where is your studio located?

My studio is located in Newark. About 20-30 minutes North of San Jose.

My studio is currently closed with an expected reopening date of May/June 2022

Do you travel?

YES! I love shooting on location outdoors! Travel up to 20 miles from Newark is included with my session fee. Anything further is an additional $2/mile.

Do we have to bring anything to our session?

I provide all props and decor! If you have something special that you would like to include I'd be more than happy to discuss it with you! All you really have to bring is yourself and your smiles!

* (studio cake smash) Due to covid 19 precautions I am currently unable to allow props that are not provided by me.

What happens if I'm late to my session? What if I need to reschedule?

We all run late sometimes! Especially in the Bay Area, am I right?!? However, please try your best to be on time. I typically plan my sessions around my personal time so if our session runs late it wouldn't be optimal.

If you are 30+ minutes late we may need to reschedule your session.

If you need to reschedule the session, please try your best to notify me 24 hours prior to your session to. I will allow a courtesy rescheduling of 1 time because I know and understand things happen! Should you need to reschedule a second time an additional retainer fee will be charged; this fee will be on top of the original package price.

I reserve the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond my control. If I cannot perform the session due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to an illness or emergency, I will return the retainer fee to you if you are unable to reschedule.

Do I have to order prints through you?

No, you are not required to purchase prints through me. However, I do not guarantee the quality of photos printed from outside sources. My photos are edited through me and on occasion outside print sources will have an auto filter on their prints which will cause your photos to print differently than they would if printed at a professional studio. Printing directly through me promises quality photos that will last a lifetime!

Why do your sessions say "up to # minutes/hour"?

I say "up to" because we don't always need to use all of the session time. Sometimes a session goes super well and we're able to get all the shots we need. And sometimes things happen; children get fussy; hair needs adjusting, when shooting outdoors we walk to different locations etc. which requires us to take more time. In other words I guarantee a maximum time to you if it is deemed necessary.
